1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we can only accept returns if the item is:

- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original, sealed packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

3. 14-Day Return Period (UK Consumer Rights)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving them.
However, exemptions apply to perishable or hygiene-sensitive products—such as topical creams and balms once opened.
If your item is eligible (unopened & unused), please contact us to begin the return process.
4. How to Start a Return

Include:

- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
5. Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for non-faulty items.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
- For damaged or faulty items, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We cannot refund:

- Shipping costs (unless the item was faulty)
- Opened or used products
- Products not returned in their original condition
7. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that:

- Are defective, or
- Were sent in error.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return if eligible.
